## Description

The project is to help ORR deepen its WRCCA knowledge, in particular around best practice\. This will support its activity in assuring that the WRCCA Plans developed by Network Rail Regions are adequate to achieve a railway that is safe and more resilience to the effects of weather, now and in the future\.
