## Description

East Suffolk Council \(ESC\) requires consultancy services to help offer expert, technical knowledge and strategic oversight to support the transformation of the Housing landlord service and support the embedding of a new leadership structure\. This role will be required to attend the Riverside Office and Depot in Lowestoft on a regular basis, with some attendance at meetings across other venues within East Suffolk\.
