Refurbishment of Void Properties

KWL are seeking Sub-contractors to carry out Refurbishment of Void Property work to Hull City Council's portfolio of domestic properties. It is the intention to award this tender to a maximum of 2 Sub-contractors

The contract is for a 2 year period and it is expected to run from the 04 November 2021 to 03 November 2023 with an option to extend by a further year.
