## Description

NOTE: This notice was updated on 01 July 2021 for the following reason: For operational reasons, the timetable can be adjusted only to reflect a start date on site of the 23rd August, 2021\. All other dates within the tender timetable remain the same\.\(The Oil and Pipelines Agency have been approached by Navy Command to establish the feasibility of re-commissioning the Kings Lines Oil Fuel Depot \(KLODF\) in Gibraltar\. Please refer to all of the tender documents to define the scope of works required to prepare the fuel storage cells and for the inspection phase and survey sections of the pipeline with CCTV\.\) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
