Work description
Partners in Care and Health (PCH) want to further develop and embed work recently completed on 'Diverse by Design'. The Diverse by Design workbook will be published soon, and will support organisations to improve equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) to embed fair values, practices, and behaviours within workplaces. The workbook sets out fifteen key elements that are fundamental to helping organisations progress their EDI improvement aims. Work is based on the existing 'Diverse by Design' council wide guide.
PCH seek an associate to support them in: working with councils to test resources from the workbook co-developing further resources as required by the sector providing direct support to councils to embed Diverse by Design elements into workforce planning.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
