Work description
A direct award contract has been awarded to RSM - the top ranked supplier of LOT 3 (Impact and process evaluation, including value for money) under the Research, Impact and Learning Framework. Open tender for the Framework was published on 05/04/2023 FTS/OJEU Ref: 20230405-000002 (2023/S 000-009951). The supplier will be required to undertake an impact evaluation of ETF's Leadership and Governance Programme for 2023-25.
