Website Redesign

Thanet District Council is seeking a supplier to redesign and digitally renovate its existing corporate website - www.thanet.gov.uk. Developed in 2013, the current website received nearly 1 million visits in 2016, but a recent review has shown that it is no longer fit for purpose. Findings from this review highlighted the problems users have with navigating the website and completing tasks online. With the focus on channel shift and encouraging more users to self-serve via the website we are looking to appoint an agency to redesign and develop the website to meet our users needs. The supplier will be required to • deliver a fully responsive website • deliver a CMS system • provide a cloud hosted and website technical support service
