TC444 Car Club Service In Manchester

MCC is seeking a suitably qualified operator to provide a car club service to Manchester's businesses, institutions, organisations and residents to the specification set out in this document. The aim would be to enable members of the public and businesses the opportunity to forego private ownership of a vehicle but still retain the ability to access one when required, particularly where trips are made as part of an integrated sustainable transport journey or where the vehicle provides the only practical means of undertaking the journey. Any contract would need to include corporate membership for Manchester City Council employees.

Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk. Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including online questionnaire, via the on-line portal by 11am on Monday 27 June 2022.
