The North East Combined Authority \(NECA\) is the accountable body for the North East Local Enterprise Partnership \(North East LEP\)\. Sunderland City Council on behalf of the North East Local Enterprise Partnership \(North East LEP\) / NECA seeks to appoint a supplier to develop and deliver a new two-and-a-half-year programme of activity, the 'Growth Hub High Potential Start-Up Accelerator', designed to increase the rate of high growth start-ups\.
