## Description

Leeds City Bikes - electric bike hire scheme for Leeds\. The Connecting Leeds Transport Strategy recognises that to be a prosperous, liveable and healthy city, Leeds needs to be a place where you don't need a car\. A key policy area in the strategy is encouraging active travel and includes a goal to increase cycling by 400 per cent by 2030\. The introduction of a public e-bike share service will play a key role in achieving this\.
