YDNPA Cleaning contract Eastern area tender 2025

Description

The Authority wishes to award a contract for the cleaning of buildings and public toilets, in the East of the Park, the service to include: A comprehensive cleaning service: a) Cleaning Buildings: Grassington Visitor Centre b) Cleaning Offices: Grassington main office / Grassington Cottage c) Cleaning Public toilets at: Grassington WC / Linton WC / Buckden WC / Kettlewell WC The contract will run between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2028. The Authority will have the option to extend the contract for a further two years. Either the Authority or the Contractor will have the option to terminate the contract by giving 6 months' notice.
