## Description

The LGA is looking to procure a supplier to author a professional development guidebook and toolkit for council chief executives\. The guidebook and toolkit will form the source material for the design of the Chief Executive Foundation Programme, a facilitated learning and development programme delivered by the Solace and the LGA\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
