Pre-Market Engagement for Asset Management System for SWISCo Services

Before undertaking a formal Tender process or Framework Call-Off Torbay Council would like to engage with the market to establish whether the asset management system we seek is readily available. Therefore we are seeking information from the market to guide our future procurement options.
