Feasibility Study_6 Storey IPM Innovation Building

Medway Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy or consultancy partnership to provide a feasibility study (including demand evaluation and business plan) for a six-storey flagship building at the Innovation Park Medway, part of the North Kent Enterprise Zone. The indicative building area is outlined in red on the plan at Appendix 1 (plot N1.2). Building occupation is targeted by 31 March 2022 at the latest.
