## Description

Medway Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultancy or consultancy partnership to provide a feasibility study \(including demand evaluation and business plan\) for a six-storey flagship building at the Innovation Park Medway, part of the North Kent Enterprise Zone\. The indicative building area is outlined in red on the plan at Appendix 1 \(plot N1\.2\)\. Building occupation is targeted by 31 March 2022 at the latest\.
