## Description

Torbay Council is exploring the opportunity of contracting with a supplier for Mental wellbeing and Long-Covid support via Torbay Community Helpline\. The Council is seeking a supplier who can provide timely, needs-based, person-centred, and trauma-informed mental wellbeing and long-Covid-19 support to Torbay residents, who seek help via the Torbay Community Helpline from 01st April 2023 to 31st March 2024\. This is not a new service\. Please refer to the Expression of Interest document for further details of requirements\. Providers are required to complete and return Appendix B Expression of Interest\. Expression of Interest forms must be returned through the 'Messaging' facility on this ProContract e-tendering system, or by email to procurement\.team@torbay\.gov\.uk by 12:00 Noon on Friday 17th February 2023\.
