## Description

Rooftop Housing Association Limited \(Rooftop\) wishes to appoint an experienced service provider to deliver a good quality communal cleaning service including the cleaning of shared apartments and town houses which service key workers in the health care sector\. PLEASE NOTE: THE OPPORTUNITY HAS BEEN ADVERTISED AS A 2 YEAR CONTRACT HOWEVER THERE WILL BE AN OPTION TO EXTEND FOR 3 YEARS FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER 2 YEARS\. Please also note: Value reflects a 2 year contract\. Estimated annual spend is £65k\. We have based this figure on previous spend\. The anticipated start of the contract is January 2024\.
