## Description

WCC is seeking to procure a multi-disciplinary consultancy \(MDCT\) team to progress the redevelopment of the site\. The redevelopment of Hopkinson House will involve major refurbishment of the site to deliver modern temporary accommodation homes and supporting infrastructure\.
