The Borough Council of Wellingborough is inviting tenders for the supply of works in respect of repair and renewal of sections of the tarmac and concrete roads and footpaths around Doddington Road Cemetery, Doddington Road, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN8 1BN. The aims of this contract are to make safe access to road and pathways by repairing and renewing sections of tarmac and concrete roads and footpaths around the cemetery. The detailed requirements are defined in the Tender documents, please formally register your interest in this opportunity to access the tender documentation. The deadline for completed tender submissions to be received on the eTendering Portal is 12:00 noon on 1st September. PLEASE NOTE: The contract start date, end date and duration are for system administration purposes only, as the procurement process requires tenderers to submit their own programme information/dates as part of the tender submission. PLEASE NOTE: Potential suppliers are required to make arrangements to undertake a supervised site visit to Doddington Road Cemetery, Doddington Road, Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, NN8 1BN. Attendance at a site visit is mandatory as part of this procurement process. The Council reserves the right to eliminate bids from the procurement process (without evaluation), that are received from any potential supplier that has not attended a site visit. Site visits must be arranged as detailed within "Open Tender Document One Instructions to Bidders". The deadline for submitting a request for attending a site visit is 12:00 noon 24th August 2020.
