## Description

The existing HVAC system within the West Lancashire Investment Centre \(a multi tenant office building in Skelmersdale Lancashire\) is experiencing a number of issues across the majority of individual elements, which all require varying amounts of work\. The works will involve the following: - Operational Review of all FCU'S on site with associated rectification works\. - Operational review of all plant room valves with associated rectification works\. - Water treatment to LPHW and CHW systems\. - Pressure Testing of LPHW and CHW systems\. - Installation of new commissioning valve sets on LPHW and CHW systems\. - Commissioning and Testing Additional information: Tender Documents can be downloaded from the Chest portal at www\.the-chest\.org\.uk
