## Description

Plymouth City Council \('The Council'\) would like to invite you to provide a tender for the procurement of an integrated service providing safe accommodation and support for adults and children; therapeutic counselling; behaviour change programmes for those who harm and a programme of workforce development and advice\. We are striving for a service that: • Delivers support to anyone experiencing \(or impacted by\) domestic abuse • Committed to trauma informed practice, prioritises kindness and doing the right thing • Is a passionate advocate for domestic abuse victims / survivors • Committed to collaboration and a strong prevention model focussed on behaviour and cultural change We are seeking a provider that will: • Be a strategic partner and leader that will be the expert and specialist for Plymouth • Is willing to try new things through a test and learn approach • Be open to forming a partnership arrangement to deliver the service • See themselves as part of a collective response in the city The anticipated duration of the contract is for 3 years \+ 3 years \+ 3 years \+ 1 year This tender is for the procurement of the entire service and will not be split into lots as an integrated service is required with one provider, who may partner / collaborate with one of more providers\.
