Description
Walsall Council wishes to invite applicants from suppliers for the provision of of Reflective practice on applying MCA statutory principles and understanding DOLS. The duration of the contract will be for 2 years, with an option to extend for 2 x up to 12 months. This will be a one day event and it is estimated that Walsall Council will require approximately 2 events per annum, however this is subject to change. The aim of the event is to support staff to fully understand the MCA and its application in practice.
