## Description

The Council issued an Invitation to tender as a further competition under Lot 8f of ESPO's Consultancy services framework \(reference 664\)\. The Council wishes to appoint a commercially-led multidisciplinary team to de-risk the Ryde Nicholson Road site from a planning perspective\. The aim being to gain outline planning approval for the whole site and full planning approval for the required infrastructure\. This should be commensurate with RIBA Stages 2-4\.
