Description
A recognition programme is a critical component of a strong and sustainable Employee Value Proposition. Ensuring recognition options are accessible, visible, consistent, fair and in line with the culture we want to create is fundamental to success. NS&I are redesigning how we recognise and celebrate colleagues to reignite the NS&I spirit - to honour moments of joy, and show support when colleagues need it. NS&I need to deliver a facility that allows colleagues to celebrate behaviours and values in line with the principles of our EVP, so that we can all aspire to do more. We want employees to be engaged and excited about recognising each other and give them a quick, simple and straightforward way to do so. NS&I currently, we have a timely, paper and manual based implementation and reporting recognition process that is a significant time cost for HR and Internal Communications colleagues which prevents efficiency and recency. The current system also doesn't allow for transparency or provide an engaging way for colleagues to celebrate and recognise each other. To facilitate an engaging way to refresh our recognition programme, we can introduce an upgraded package solution through a reward & recognition portal. This will allow for a smoother, simpler and more engaging online recognition experience for our employees. This new system also enables automated processing, saving significant time and resource, allowing us to dedicate more valuable time to embedding adoption and engagement. It has clear benefits in line with our recognition goals.
