24 - Gas Servicing and Repairs Sub Contracting Works

We are seeking to procure up to 20 number of Engineers to work alongside KWL own operational team. All works will be in the Kingston Upon Hull Boundary.

The contract will be for a 3-year period commencing on 3rd September 2018. The contracts may be extended for a further 1 year period subject to a value for money review which will take into account cost, performance and quality delivered during the original contract term.

KWL and its sub contractors carry out Gas Servicing and Repair works to approximately 22,000 - 25,000 dwellings per annum.

The average number of appliances within each property is 1.3 appliances you should factor in this information when compiling your rates for this tender.

The estimated annual value of the works is circa £700,000. This is the estimated spend across all sub contractors. KWL can offer no guarantee of spend, volume or frequency of orders made on this area of works.
