## Description

The project comprises the design and construction of the refurbishment of Woking library, a leased unit within Victoria Place shopping centre, Woking\. The project scope comprises the refurbishment of the ground floor, including reconfiguration of the back of house areas of the library and internal redecoration including strip out and replacement of end-of life wall, floor and ceiling finishes\.
