Work description
Technical Advice for Thames Tideway Tunnel to support the Customer during the delivery of the Thames Tideway scheme including: the management of main construction contractors and the main works construction. The provision includes expert advice and analysis on the approach to design and specification, planning, cost estimation, risk appraisal and allocation and project management for the Thames Tideway scheme.
The work includes four key elements:
