## Description

Scottish Water are seeking to appoint suppliers to a framework for transport and recycling of Bio Resource \(Sludge\) to agriculture across the Scottish mainland and Islands\. Contractors will be expected to comply with all applicable legal requirements relevant to the provision of transport & recycling of waste to agriculture\.
