Overhead Solar Array at Salisbury Hospital - OJEU

In order to pursue objectives of low carbon generation, price security, and resilience of supply, Salisbury NHSFT are seeking an operator to design, install, manage and maintain an overhead solar / PV array to be located on the two main car parks at the Salisbury Hospital site. The Trust is looking to contract on a long-term partnership basis, recognising that the technology investment required on the part of the contractor will deliver a relatively long payback period for them. Capital investment is not available from the Trust for this project, hence the offering of a guaranteed unit price and full usage of all electricity produced by the installation. .
