## Description

Durham County Council have a requirement for the Preliminary and Detailed design of a stepped access route linking Durham Rail Station with Framwellgate Peth\. This scheme is to be funded through the TCF subject to successful bidding and there is a degree of urgency with the requirement to provide the design by set deadlines\.
