## Description

THCH wish to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake void works at properties owned/managed by THCH\. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within Document B - Tender Requirements and Specification\. It is intended that the contract established following the procurement will run for an initial term of twelve months, extendable for a further term of twenty-four months via two twelve-month extensions, to a maximum term of three years\. Any extension will be at the discretion of THCH\. The estimated contract value for voids works is £185,000 \(exc VAT\) per annum\. Please note that there is no guarantee of work, this will depend on performance and changes to how THCH operate in the future\.
