## Description

The Council introduced an employee opinion survey in 2005, which developed into an employee engagement focussed survey, undertaken every one-two years, with the last survey taking place in September 2015\. The Council wishes to review and revise its approach to measuring employee engagement with a new, innovative framework introduced from 2017\.
