Description

•Ensure a tenant liaison contacts the tenants within a council property undertaking an induction to the works and supplying all necessary information and dates. •Visiting a specified property and measuring the existing windows. •Supply and delivery of windows meeting the minimum specification and style as stated on the task order and agreed with ERYC. •Removal of existing windows and disposal. •Installation of supplied windows as agreed. •Installation of lintel to openings as necessary. •All necessary making good around window opening as caused by the above works. •Provide completed Handover Inspection Record
