• Review post-16 placement costs for member boroughs and determine how costs can be better managed to deliver better value for money and/or savings\. • Identify an improved placement process model\. • Engage with post-16 stakeholders to identify areas for improvement\. • Present the benefits of the new commissioning model, placement processes, fee negotiation strategy, and quality assurance\. • Identify areas for improved contract/ performance management and quality assurance\. • Provide a training event for member boroughs to ensure that revised placement and fee negotiation models are embedded in practice\.
