## Description

Technology, Engineering & Maths \(STEM\) in local schools and to support new entrants to the sector, delivered through Silverstone Technology Cluster \(STC\)\. The initiative aims to bring educators and industries together to help companies with recruitment, retention and upskilling including creating awareness of opportunities for local students and pupils to consider engineering and technology as viable career pathways\.
