## Description

Transport for the North \(TfN\) is procuring a technical update to the Northern Powerhouse Independent Economic Review \(NPIER\) to refine the evidence base supporting the NPIER evidence base in line with TfN's business requirements in 2019/20\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
