Community Cluster Building - Architect

Description

The Trust requires a new office building to accommodate a range of clinical and non-clinical services which are presently housed in old buildings within retained estate or across the city of Liverpool. The eight identified services include two small in-patient wards; three outpatient units; a school and administrative support services that include a police administration office. The term Community Cluster has been carefully chosen as the relationship of these diverse services and the timing of their availability to move may not always allow the option of inclusion into one shared building structure at the same time. The option of a three phase development that allows future expansion within the context of a harmonious cluster should be considered.
