Business Rates Advisor

Description

The council requires a consultant to provide valuation and appraisal of its rateable portfolio to formulate, prepare and implement a check, challenge and appeal programme for the 2023 Rating List and for the 3 year rating period of the 2026 Rating List. It is a legal requirement for the council to ensure information on the business ratings lists are correct. This contract is required to reduce business rate liability across NCC owned property.
