Description

The construction of a number of new Build industrial and trade counter units The construction is a steel portal frame with a mix of blue brick external walls and profiled composite metal cladding panels. Each industrial unit comprises of separate workshop area and office space, with the Trade Counter units being shell and core. Ancillary work includes external services, drainage, car park and boundary fencing. This project is being partially funded by the ERDF.
