Quotation for the Black Country Historic Landscape Characterisation Study - CPS 233 The purpose of the brief is to commission a comprehensive and strategic assessment of locally distinctive places, buildings and structures of historic quality and character in the Black Country, covering both urban and non-urban areas across the BCA, based on the methodology used in the Dudley Borough-Wide Urban Historic Landscape Characterisation Study - Urban HLC \(2016\) The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost\.co\.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal\.
