LCC seeks a full-service agency that can: • Undertake insight research to understand resident behaviours, attitudes, and motivations and track impact\. • Develop a targeted and comprehensive marketing and communications campaign informed by the research findings\. • Create campaign creatives, key messages and campaign assets \(see section 11\)
