Purcell Close - Adaptation

The project involves the construction of a single storey extension and internal alterations to provide additional living accommodation to the ground floor of a semi-detached property. Works also include associated electrical and mechanical works. Further competition exercise via RMBC RCP4 Framework Lot 10. Contract will be 12 weeks from occupation of property.
