## Description

The London Borough of Barnet are looking to hire a contractor to supply a new prefabricated café unit in Basing Hill Park\. The site currently contains an existing kiosk building which is in poor condition and the plan is to demolish this and install a replacement building in the same location\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
