T0309 Delivering behavioural insight and change

National Highways Social Research and Behaviour Change Centre of Excellence is looking to commission specialist social research and behavioural insight expertise and services to support Highways England in the delivery of our imperatives. This will provide us with access to a range of technical experts in the application, synthesis and use of social research and behavioural science. This will be used to improve capability across National Highways in the application of social research and behavioural science and to design and deliver impactful social research and behavioural science projects. Our focus is on improving customer experience and value, including that of users, communities and citizens and organisations. Service delivery and safety are important aspects of customer experience.
