## Description

The Authority wishes to award a contract for Parking Management Software System \("the Contract"\) through ESPO Framework 509\_23 Parking Management Solutions - Lot 4 \(Civil Enforcement Systems\)\. This will cover the following \(though not limited to\) requirements\. - Management and processing of Parking Permits\. The Council requires a system capable of consolidating these processes into a single, new standalone Permit - Management System and whilst not an exhaustive list and therefore without limitation, the key requirements and features are detailed in Volume 1 \(The Specification\)\. - System, including the supply and support and associated handheld hardware \(for the use of Civil Enforcement Officers to use on-street/Off Street\) to undertake the issuing, management, and processing of Penalty Charge Notices \(PCN's\) issued for parking contraventions under the Traffic Management Act \(2004\)\. - System to undertake the issuing, management, and processing of Penalty Charge Notices \(PCN's\) issued for Parking contraventions under the Traffic Management Act \(2004\)\. - Further information is contained within Volume 1 The Specification\.
