Procured via NHS Shared Business Services Framework - SBS10044: Digital Workplace: Hardware (Link 3) Lot 6 One Stop Shop, in accordance with buying guidance for University Hospitals Bristol & Weston NHS Foundation Trust. Bristol & Weston NHS Purchasing Consortium (BWPC) are NHS employees hosted by North Bristol NHS Trust whose specialism is procurement. BWPC support local Trusts and Healthcare Providers with all aspects of clinical and non-clinical purchasing, supply chain management and capital equipping. Using our e-procurement portal, we conducted a mini-competition inviting all suppliers registered on Lot 6 One Stop Shop of the framework, issuing them with our requirement and the option to quote within the required timeframe. The Trust required suppliers to quote for the following goods: Lenovo L16, CTO 21L4CTO1WW, Qty 275 Lenovo L14, CTO 21L2CTO1WW, Qty 200 Lenovo M70s, CTO 12U2CTO1WW, Qty 160 Lenovo M70q, CTO 12TECTO1WW, Qty 20 The Trust were not able to accept any product substitutions for this opportunity. The winning bidder would be required to supply product in recyclable packaging and provide a "take back" on all waste/packaging as part of the bid. Suppliers were evaluated on 100% Price for this requirement.
