## Description

Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust Estates Department are responsible for the day to day maintenance of several buildings over two Hospital sites and a number of ‘off-site’ clinics in and around the locality\. The majority of these buildings are health care related; in addition there are administration, supplies, work shop and storage facilities\. The trust is looking to appoint a provider capable of treating the roads, car parks and pathways providing a safe environment during the winter months\. Additional information: Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust will be conducting an open tender for the provision of a winter gritting and snow clearing service\.
