Viability Assessment of Scarborough Borough Local Plan (Review)

Description

Scarborough Borough Council is in the process of reviewing the Local Plan to cover the period up to 2040. The new Local Plan will set out new and revised planning policies for the Borough and site allocations for a range of land uses. A viability evidence base, which assesses and tests the emerging policy options that are being considered for inclusion within the draft Local Plan is required to support the development of the Plan and the decision making process. Analysis will also be required to demonstrate that the final submission draft Local Plan is viable as a whole.
