617 - Pre-Qualified Works Contractors List

Aston University is seeking to establish a pre-qualified list of experienced contractors who can successfully deliver refurbishment, fabric and building projects as a Principal Contractor with some Contractor Design Portions in some cases.

To meet Aston's requirements, applicants will need to be able to demonstrate the following:

- Competency in carrying out refurbishment, fabric and building works - Regionally capable in and around the West Midlands - Experience delivering projects in the £50-250k value band - Compliance with Aston's Environmental requirements

Aston will invite those contractors who are successful in getting on the shortlist of pre-qualified contractors to tender for suitable projects however use of the pre-qualified list is not exclusive and Aston may use alternative tender routes on occasion at its discretion.
