Work description
The purpose of this tender is to secure the services of a partner to deliver an independent research study to provide ETF with a clear understanding of the FE sector, as outlined in the tender documents with recommendations that will enable The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) to scope and plan a new workforce development strategy. The research will inform future programme investment and design decisions.
